Elizabeth has been involved in an extensive needs assessment project since June for an international education and training service and information technology consulting business as a "learning architect". For nearly three months, she focused on establishing a baseline for strategy development by performing extensive internal business analyses and conducting internal interviews with management, employees and top customers. In addition, she interviewed and ranked the firm's top customers to build sales and marketing plans aligned with targeted customer buying patterns. Her work product included documented needs assessment inputs to support overall strategic decision-making, an onboarding program assessment framework with content and process design, operational sales and marketing plans, tactical learning service expansion and business development plans, organizational structure assessment recommendations, cultural and managerial inclusion strategies, and personalized consultative sales coaching. She is currently wrapping this project up by taking the ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) Foundations exam. Elizabeth will remain involved with this client as project priorities are determined.
